Finding a way through, together

What it’s about

Through the therapeutic relationship, I invite you as client to explore the themes in your life that are important to you as together we create a space that allows you to experiment with new ways of connecting with others and yourself.

I adopt a trauma-informed approach, which means I guide the work we do together in a way that seeks to avoid re-traumatisation and supports your safety, choice, and control to promote your healing and growth.

Services

Areas of work

Some of the issues I have worked with clients on include anxiety, acute and chronic trauma, eating disorders, domestic violence, attachment issues, and self-development.

Fields of work which I am passionate about include transgenerational trauma and the need to better link physical health with mental health, particularly when it comes to chronic illness.

How it works

I offer scheduled sessional work with adults, both in person as well as online. At times, this might mean also involving third-party professionals, as needed. We will work on whatever you choose to bring, together determining what your therapeutic goals might be.

What I don’t offer

I am not qualified to offer clinical diagnoses nor prescribe medication. Should the need arise over the course of our work together, I will discuss this with you and refer you to the appropriate professionals to ensure your holistic wellbeing.

I do not offer emergency support outside our sessions. Please visit Resources for more information if you need assistance urgently.
